The frame is made from anodized aluminum and the seat cushion is made with closed cell foam. This unit is easy to install, with all the mounting hardware provided. The transom mounted brackets used are permanently attached with 5200 adhesive and stainless steel hardware, this male bracket than attaches to the female bracket which is welded on the seat frame.
